The same shall be furnished to the Competent Authority and duly recorded in the Registry Records thereof and shall be filed by all the claimants against the Bank for the purposes of establishing as if on a Record the existence and amount of the Recovery of the Tax Demand owing from the said bank and the amount to be repaid to the Bank, together with the Bank Guarantee in accordance with the format prescribed as above.
C. The Consolidated Statement of Transactions of the Bank shall be prepared according to the following schedule:

2. The Consolidated Statement shall be certified or otherwise in writing to the Secretary Treasury of Pakistan and shall be certified or notarized as prescribed as specified in sub-paragraphs (a) to (f) hereof. No person or body shall have any right, interest, claim, liability or debt whatever to examine into, examine or verify the validity of the Consolidated Statement of transactions of the Bank, and it is hereby declared to be the absolute nullity of such a thing.
3. The Accountants will report on the said Consolidated Statement of Transactions and shall not be permitted, by any Party, to claim from the Government of Pakistan the return of any fee to be paid to them or on other ground or cause whatsoever for the reasons aforesaid;
4. Such return shall relate to the period covered by the account and shall be furnished forthwith to the Department of Treasury of Pakistan.
5. The same will be reported to the Commissioner under whose supervision the Consolidated statement of transactions of the said Bank has been made, and the same will be deemed as a document of the Ministry concerned and duly entered as evidence in the Registry of the Ministry;
